Shipping guidelines
1. Delivery Methods
DermaWłosy offers several ways to receive your order:
- Paczkomaty InPost: Delivery to automated parcel lockers (24/7 pickup). This is usually the most popular and cost-effective option in Poland.
- Courier Delivery (InPost, DPD, or DHL): Direct-to-door delivery.
- Personal Pickup: Depending on their current clinic status, pickup may be available at their physical location in Poland (check availability at checkout).
2. Shipping Costs
- Domestic (Poland): Shipping fees usually range from 15 PLN to 25 PLN, depending on the weight of the package and the chosen provider.
- Free Shipping: Many Polish e-commerce sites like DermaWłosy offer free shipping on orders exceeding a certain amount (typically 300 PLN or 500 PLN).
- International Shipping: Shipping to EU countries (including Germany) is available but carries higher rates, usually calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
3. Processing and Delivery Time
- Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days) after payment is confirmed.
-
Transit Time: * Poland: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- European Union: 3–7 business days.
- Note: During peak seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website (e.g., inpost.pl or https://www.google.com/search?q=dpd.com.pl) to monitor your shipment's progress.
5. Damaged Shipments
- Inspection: You are encouraged to inspect the package in the presence of the courier or at the parcel locker.
- Damage Report: If the packaging is visibly damaged, it is best to fill out a damage protocol (protokół szkody) with the driver or report it via the InPost screen immediately. This significantly speeds up the refund or replacement process.
